Heritage Status: New Zealand (originally purchased from Kōanga)

Description: Annual 1m, beautiful big frilly pink flower that attracts the bees/bumble bees. Really brightens up your garden and the pod head looks great in flower arrangements/dried

Planting Instructions: Sprinkle your seeds lightly on top of a tray of seed raising mix and cover with vermiculite. Keep tray moist (water from the bottom). The seedlings will start to appear within 7-10 days.

Thin the seedlings out once true leaves appear. Roots are very fine and don’t like to be touched. Plant into soil when seedlings are 15cm high and have been hardened off. Alternatively, you can direct sow but will lose some to snails! 🐌
